Title of Sculpture; year of completion; total work percentage recycled glass; description of materials used (include type of recycled glass, for example, broken clear tempered window kiln-cast glass); source of the recycled glass(i.e. found in trash bin, etc); cost of the original recycled glass (for example no cost, found or paid $5 for 100 lbs of window glass, etc)and techniques/process.
